From our baking with Anchor Butter series, delicious no-bake chocolate cake made by Mumsnetter Emma and her two boys (who had a LOT of fun bashing up the digestive biscuits!).<br /><br />RECIPE & INGREDIENTS<br />85g Anchor butter<br />28g Sugar<br />1 tbsp Golden Syrup<br />227g crushed digestive biscuits<br />2 tbsp Cocoa<br />Small packet chocolate drops or Flake bar<br /><br />Melt the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a saucepan. Stir in the crushed biscuits and cocoa, and tip into a 7” flan ring. Press everything down and top with extra chocolate if you're feeling decadent! You could also decorate the topping with the chocolate drops or crushed Flake bar. Then set-aside in the refrigerator until it's solid.
